Ana is a geologist engineer, full time lecturer/researcher, with over 5 years of experience in assisting and overseeing research projects involving sedimentary rocks, environmental impact assessment etc. She has proficient skills in petrography of carbonates and their sedimentation conditions, their diagenetic appearance based on geochemical analysis and cathodoluminescence. She is highly motivated, and particularly enjoy working as part of a team. She knows when to ask for help and do not stay quiet if needed. She is very excited about this COST Action opportunity, because it will allow her to use her knowledge and experience, meet new connections and broaden her personal research horizons.
